Since a decade Zwolle has been "the place to be" for equine practitioners doing a lot of repro work. At the beginning of each breeding and foaling season this has been the platform where international knowledge was shared and the latest insights on this area was spread.
Equine Reproduction Days is the new format of this international fertility meeting! In 2012 this event will be held on a new location and a new date, in Amsterdam on 9-10 February 2012. In 2012 the most renowned speakers on equine fertility are heading to The Netherlands to share their 90 years of experience with veterinary practitioners. Angus McKinnon (AU), Jonathan Pycock (UK), Juan Samper (CA) and Tom Stout (NL) together are the 2012 speaker panel.
This event will be a combined 2-day conference with an interesting congress day at 9 February 2012. Due to the international experience of the speakers in equine reproduction, the organisation has been able to compose a very interesting program.
On the second day of the Equine Reproduction Days there's a combined practical workshop in the morning and an interactive session of clinical reproduction cases in the afternoon. The practical part of the program will mainly focus problems on pregnant mares, open and non-pregnant mares as well as embryo transfer. At this moment the practical morning session of the program is fully booked! The alternative is a Cultural Visit Amsterdam during the morning, when you afterwards are going to the University Utrecht for the Clinical Reproduction Cases. During the interactive session of the afternoon a lot of interactive clinical reproduction cases will be discussed.
This second day of the Equine Reproduction Days will be organised at Friday 10 February 2012 in cooperation with the Equine Clinic of Utrecht University.
